The staff on the floor (carers) are excellent nothing is too much trouble for them. If and when I need help with my wife, I only have to ask them once. They attend to my wife straight away and have noticed they do the same for the rest of the residents and always treating them all with great care and respect and I do think the staff are great in more ways than one.
