I cannot fault the care that I received and would if need be, choose to stay again.

Staff are kind, caring and considerate. My mum is 100 years old and needs a lot of care and the staff are terrific. Her room is clean, tidy and has a private toilet etc

The staff [at Romford Care Centre] are very caring and take their job very seriously. The staff seem to go over and beyond their normal working hours.
