I considered Brentwood Care Centre through a recommendation, which proved to be a good decision. From taking the first respite booking, I have felt in very homely surroundings. The front staff have listened and actioned my requests. The staff in Windsor, especially two Senior Health Care Assistants, have helped the resident to appreciate being involved with others, by encouraging his personality to come to the fore as sitting at home alone was very difficult for him. They have dealt with his needs compassionately.
