Welcome to Manton Heights Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Unit with RCH Care.
Manton Heights ABI Unit is a modern and bespoke unit that provides a variety of specialised services to a range of individuals who have suffered physical and cognitive behavioural challenges resulting from the consequences of a brain injury.
Led by a Neuropsychiatrist, a team of therapists and specialist rehabilitation staff will create and deliver an individualised rehabilitation programme with the goal of enhancing an individual’s independence.
Our service comprises of twelve en-suite bedrooms surrounded by beautiful gardens and two separate independent self-contained bungalows, each with their own private garden. The unit was designed with input from leading experts in acquired brain injuries and neuro-rehabilitation. The unit includes a Physiotherapy Suite, a Daily Skills Kitchen for residents to use with adapted work areas for those with physical disability, an Activities Room and other state of the art equipment - all to facilitate and enhance the rehabilitation experience.
Our objective, along with that of our specialist team, is to provide support with the goal of enhancing an individual’s independence.
